POOR LITTLE ANNA

This is one of the most frequently seen pictures of poor little anna, and has been reproduced often. Based on the background it appears to not have been taken during her hospitalization, although it is impossible to verify that with any certainty. At this point everything about Anna is pure conjecture, based on scraps of writing, and some research done by a relative. We do know that Anna was initially the victim of untested medical experiments involving mirrors, experiments that had some unpredictable and chilling results.
