DEFLECTION MIRROR TOWER (DMT)
An unpublished Princeton University study claims that "mirror particles" are revealed to be an integral part of cognitive substratum, revealed through experiments using DMT. As one part of serial experiment, the potent hallucinagen was administered to subjects who were set in front of full-sized mirrors and asked to talk through the experience. At higher dosage levels, nine of the 12 subjects described frighteningly similar experiences: they were all able to see through the mirror into place described as a "machine or engine room" full of gears and mechanical apparatus, all made of reflective, liquid material. Dubbed the "mirror machine", this place was considered by the subjects to be the place from which our perceptions are generated. In one of the most disturbing accounts, one subject claimed to hear shrieking and crying, and was able to perceive a small child, possibly a girl, hiding naked among the mirror machinery. The scientists running the experiment -- a cognitive psychologist and physicist -- developed plant to make a Deflection Mirror Tower they hoped would reveal more about the other side of the reflections. Funding for the project, however, was pulled.
